My Galaxy Flip 4 hinge broken 3 days into a new phone. Feels extremely frustrated with the repair process. I personally won't ever buy a samsung device again

Don't do like me. I watched every review of the Fold 4, hours of videos on YouTube and I thought I knew everything and bought it.. But I hadn't realized what the FORMAT ratio really meant on the daily life. So I'm now with it and yes it's (literally) extraordinary, but maybe a little too much extraordinary for a daily usage and generates frustration.

Tried both fold 3 & fold 4 and fold 4 was almost becoming my only mobile device!.. It was nearly perfect but there are some realities especially if you are not at the android world... 1st reason I had to switch back to apple was battery life. I switched fold from the 13 pro max and 13 pro max was the device I had the best of battery life.. (ıt was even better from 14 pro max) due to my business (Managing a tourism agency) I am always out and when we are abroad I use the gps services a lot... I even couldn't have a half day with the z fold 4 and it was really annoying. Second reason was apps optimization. somehow majority of the apps are working better on iOS. for instance as a hobby mobile photographer I use LR and it is really better on iOS! 3rd was Apple's wallet app. I live in Turkey we don't have an Apple Pay here yet but at least we can use the wallet app for flight boardings, membership cards, museum tickets etc... How come in 2022 company as a @samsungmobile doesn't have a wallet up available in our region! This is ridiculous! (google wallet app is not available either) and as u can imagine as a tourism agency partner how often I fly, buy tickets online etc. I tried some 3rd party apps but experience wasn't as good as it is on iOS. I really miss the having the 3 -4 apps running at the same time on my hands (considering we can't even split the screen into two on iOs!!!) I am looking forward to giving it a 3rd last try with fold 5 hoping it will at least come with better battery life + samsung will launch wallet app in our region!

Hey Sagi! So on your video about 3 months ago, I said that I was waiting for upgraded cameras, a better battery, etc (z fold 5... Maybe?) before I bought one... Then came black Friday where Best Buy was offering the phone for $1400... Then Verizon was offering me $800 credit for my completely bricked note 10+... So I decided to take the leap. It's only been a couple of weeks, but I'm really digging this phone. I do wish that the battery was larger. If I use the larger screen to watch videos, I can't make it through the day without charging, unlike my s21 ultra or my bricked note 10+... But the smaller front screen being a one handed affair, compared to the "normal phones" and the larger screen being great for watching NBA league pass, YouTube, multi tasking, NFL +, etc, it's been a no brainer and welcome surprise with how much that I enjoy the phone.

As always brother, I appreciate you for your continued support (you guys have no idea...Sagi was there for me when my son was going through chemo during COVID) and for all of the help with my personal set up in regards to lighting at home. My hat's always off to you brother!

Funny. Few days back had a meeting with some people and in the same room, there were 1 person using Flip and 1 person using Fold. Just few minutes before the meeting started, both were telling each story and complaining about the issues they encounter after couple of months they use the phone, starting from wobbly hinge up to screen intermittent issue 😄 they both couldn't bring it to service center yet as they need the data and the phone 😄

Have Had my fold 4 since they came out. Is an awesome beast! Had s21 ultra prior. I am a dedicated samsung user. I love the z fold 4. The flip is just regular phone to me. I use my zfold4 for work and play, if you buy a foldable bluetooth keyboard, it almost replaces your laptop for work. I've had 0 issues with the quality or durability of this phone. By far the best phone I've had.

I took a picture of my work schedule using iPhone 13 Pro and my Zflip 4. My Zflip4 is way clearer and sharper. I was so shocked because I always thought iPhone takes better pictures.
